The programme is committed to inclusion, sustainability and mutual respect and commitment. All communities resident in the land use permit areas
All communities resident in the land use permit areas are included in the programme and its three mains aims, which are:
• Food security: Preserving and improving means of subsistence;
• Economic development: Supporting opportunities for economic growth;
• Quality of Life: Help improve the well-being of families.
In addition to these aims, the project also sets out in general to help communities to develop and move towards self-sufficiency.
The programme has been working towards these aims on a number of fronts since June 2015.
